Heels

High heels if a must have in every woman’s shoe collection that I knew, but none have taught about the problems that it brings. Imagine this, the whole body’s weight is rested into a diameter of approx 4” with only a tiny heel supporting.

The higher the heel is the more pressure you ball of your foot have to take an example of a 3” heel, will exerts approx 76 percent more pressure on the ball of your foot than a normal flat shoe.

High heels is one of the reason when one keeps getting knee and back pain, as it forces the tight muscle to work harder and giving the extra stress on the knee joint and tendon. Heels can lead to bunions, heel pain, toe deformities, shortened Achilles tendons, and trapped nerves.
High heels is actually a fashion statement nowadays therefore it is unfair the ladies who wants to have a nice looking pair of legs. The only choice we have here is to have a pair of flat shoes in our offices and in our cars so that you can wear it during your working hours where no one is looking at your feet and while driving. Wear your heels when you are expecting guest and if you were to leave your office.
